Green Sky Roofing is Hiring an Experienced Lead Service Technician.
In order to qualify for this role, you’ll need at least 5 years of construction experience along with a broad understanding of construction. We specialize in full exterior restorations, therefore, knowledge of roofing, siding, soft metals and all other exterior components will be considered a strong asset. You will also need a valid drivers license.
As our technician, you’ll work to ensure that odd projects are completed on time, and to the proper specifications while also ensuring that there is full adherence to the necessary safety regulations. This role will see you collaborating with both customers and management in order to help ensure proper completion of various projects.
While no two days will ever be the same in this pivotal role, your more typical responsibilities will include:
- Completing various service requests related to Roofing, vinyl Siding, eavestrough, fascia, painting and general shop maintenance & inspections.
- Ensuring Top Quality service installations as per Green Sky Roofing's Standards
- Troubleshooting difficult site situations
- Problem Solving
- General site clean up
- Ensuring all product is returned to Suppliers
- Ensuring that service requests are completed in a timely fashion and to spec
- Picking up and dropping off materials
- Quality control inspections
- Sourcing subcontractors
