ONSITE NETWORK TECH NEEDED
We are seeking an additional tech to assist with our onsite support team.
VEHICLE: Note a mini cargo service van will supplied for permanent hires, you will need safe parking for this vehicle as you would be taking it home daily.
MUST HAVES:
1. Must be personable, professional and a team player, any past customer service is a bonus.
2. Experience in hardware trouble shooting (A+ or experience) Understanding of Servers, RAIDS etc.
3. Solid networking skills, TCP/IP, switches, WIFI deployments, routers – DSL , CABLE setups.
4. Familiar with ticket support systems and ticket management (ie CONNECTWISE,AUTOTASK or similar)
5. A Cell phone and vehicle with clean driving record (in the event you are provided a vehicle)
BONUS SKILLS:
Imaging / Cloning techniques – IE ACRONIS / VEEAM / EASEUS etc.
Unattended mass pc deployments.
Network troubleshooting (you will have testing tools supplied as well).
OVERVIEW:
Typical job duties include:
Hardware upgrades > pcs and servers.
Deployments, network firewalls, switches, WIFI access points.
At times ethernet data cable runs (a different team handles infrastructure on larger scale deployments).
This individual should have the skills to be able to setup a basic network including a server and workstations with network mappings, printers etc. They should also be able to learn various software platforms and troubleshoot typical networking issues etc.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
