Signal Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our front office team in August. This person is the main point of contact for customers, and we are looking for an individual who can be helpful, empathetic and professional. This person must possess a good work ethic, organizational ability and a positive team spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all phone traffic in a polite, courteous and cheerful manner
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain office organization
- Clearly communicate to customers
- Handle basic inquiries
- Manage replacement vehicle requirements with customers
- Accurately collect and record payments
- Document repair dates
- Review customer invoices and disburse warranty information to customers
- Handle customer inquiries about repairs including referring customer concerns to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain company vehicle records and arrange for seasonal maintenance and tire changes
- Maintain a clean office environment including all customer areas
Skills and Abilities
- Attention to detail
- General computer knowledge
- Diplomatic and able to interact with all levels of personnel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
This position is full time Monday to Friday. Signal Collision offers competitive compensation and medical benefits to our employees. Compensation based on national average, experience will be considered.
