Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker/Receiver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our store by ensuring that products are received, stored, and distributed accurately. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Unload packages from delivery trucks and organize them in designated storage areas.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and updates in the POS system.
- Prepare orders for webcart by picking items accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is advantageous but not required.
- Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 40 pounds regularly.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
