We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Attendant to join our team in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in the food industry and have a passion for customer service. Our hours of operations are Monday-Friday 7 :30am - 2 pm
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining areas, kitchens, and storage spaces.
- Handle food safely, adhering to all food handling regulations and guidelines.
- Support bartending activities as needed, including serving drinks and managing bar supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are crucial for success in this role.
