Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physical therapy treatments to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing essential care across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and acute care settings.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to restore movement and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including chiropractors, massage therapist, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and incorporate evidence-based techniques into treatment protocols.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team in fast-paced environments.
Pay: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
