Farm Hand/Labourers (2 Positions)

Job Location: 15 minutes North of Lloydminster, Alberta/Saskatchewan
Schedule: Rotational (10 & 4 or 11 & 3, flexible)
Position Overview
We are currently hiring two Farm Labourers ASAP for a well-established agricultural operation located just north of Lloydminster. These are full-time, permanent opportunities offering competitive wages, benefits, and significant overtime potential.
We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. A mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a farm environment are essential.
Available Positions
1. Farm Labourer (Class 1 – Water & Seed Hauling)

Operate Class 1 truck to haul water and seed
- Assist with general farm operations as needed
- Ensure safe operation and maintenance of equipment
- Support seeding and seasonal activities
2. Farm Labourer
-
Assist with daily cattle operations and care
- Perform feeding, handling, and general livestock duties
- Support general farm labour as required
- Machinery operator with sprayer operation being an asset

Competitive hourly wage: $23.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Perform general farm labour duties as required
- Operate and maintain farm equipment
- Assist with seeding, hauling, and seasonal work
- Support livestock operations (for cattle-focused role)

- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and seasonal goals
Qualifications & Skills

Class 1 Licence required (for hauling role)
- Previous farm experience is an asset
- Cattle experience is considered an asset (for livestock role)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work long hours during peak seasons
- Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Schedule Details

Rotational schedule of 10 days on / 4 days off or 11 days on / 3 days off
