We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services for our clients' homes. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Complete laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their cleaning preferences and specific needs.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning appointments within designated timeframes.
- Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning products responsibly.
- Occasionally assist with light meal preparation or simple cooking, if requested by clients (considered an asset).
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of residential or professional cleaning experience.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in English; French is considered an asset.
- Hospitality or housekeeping experience is an asset but not required.
Compensation
- $23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
