Position Summary
Golden Office Cleaning Inc. is seeking three dependable and detail‑oriented Sub‑Contract Cleaners to support residential and light commercial cleaning services.
This role requires consistent quality, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures. Subcontractors are responsible for managing their own schedules within assigned work windows and maintaining professional standards in client homes
Key Responsibilities
- Residential cleaning tasks — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface sanitation
- Laundry and linen care — washing, folding, organizing as required by the client
- Equipment and supply upkeep — ensuring tools and materials are maintained and ready for use
- Client communication — confirming instructions, clarifying preferences, and documenting any issues
- Time management — completing tasks within scheduled timeframes and reporting delays when necessary
- Quality assurance — ensuring all assigned tasks meet Golden’s service expectations
- Customer service — maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness
- Safety and hygiene compliance — following health and safety guidelines in all work environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- English proficiency for communication with clients and the office
- Experience in residential cleaning, including general housekeeping and laundry
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple appointments
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured cleaning procedures
- Professional communication with clients and team members
- Customer‑service orientation with a respectful and reliable approach
- Knowledge of hospitality standards is considered an asset
- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Contractors are responsible for their own transportation, scheduling availability, and maintaining required supplies unless otherwise arranged
