Reporting to the Development Director, the estimator extracts complete data in order to obtain the right value. He/she works independently from the plumbing and/or ventilation plans and specifications while making technical recommendations to the team.
- Master bid documents (plans, specifications and addenda) in order to perform data extraction and question the available information in order to make the proposals more competitive;

Analyzes and validates the content of the bids from various suppliers and subcontractors;

Make modifications to projects in progress (change notices);

Attend site visits required by the calls for tenders (as needed);

Any other task related to the position.
- College diploma in building mechanics or knowledge equivalent to a college level;

Relevant experience in estimating, in the construction industry;
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel (advanced);

Bilingual (spoken and written);

Good knowledge of Viewpoint/Trimble (an asset).
