Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy the corporate asset management strategy across all Groupe Nordik sites.

Lead corporate procurement strategy: RFPs, master contract negotiations, cost optimization.

Manage strategic supplier relationships: qualification, performance evaluation, long-term partnerships.

Ensure regulatory compliance of facilities.

Oversee capital and renovation projects in collaboration with operations teams.

Implement and optimize asset management systems (EAM/CMMS) and e-procurement platforms.

Define asset and procurement KPIs; produce strategic reports for leadership.

Coach and mobilize technical and procurement teams.
To Succeed in This Role, You:

Hold a university degree in operations management, business administration, engineering, or logistics.

Have 10+ years of experience including 5 in leadership in asset management, procurement or supply chain.

Are proficient with ERP, EAM, SRM or e-procurement platforms.

Have experience in contract negotiation and complex multi-site asset management.

Are bilingual (French/English).

Hold PMP, CMRP, ISO 55000 or Lean Six Sigma certifications (asset).
