Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production team member to join our manufacturing facility. This role involves working with various tools and machinery to assemble, inspect, and package products efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with manufacturing processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with hand and power tools are highly valued. Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, ensuring smooth production flow
- preference to mature women who can speak English
- Conduct quality inspections of products throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or other warehouse equipment
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards is advantageous
- Ability to read technical diagrams or manuals is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role
