THE OPPORTUNITY: Wheaton Honda West has an immediate opening in our Service Business Development Call Centre. As a part of our BDC team you will be handling inbound and outbound customer calls, reviewing their vehicle history, making recommendations, and scheduling appointments in our busy Service department.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Outgoing personality with a great attitude
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Able to work with a team in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Some automotive experience would be an asset
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls to book service appointments.
- Order parts when necessary.
- Look up and note recalls on work order prior to the customer’s service appointment.
- Check and respond to service appointment emails and texts.
- Make outgoing calls to existing customers that have declined previous service recommendations with the intent to schedule to have this work done.
- Make outgoing calls to customers with special parts orders to schedule install.
- Generate service reminder letters, emails and texts.
- Place outgoing CXI (customer satisfaction) calls and emails.
- Call customers regarding tire storage.
- Call and schedule “first time” maintenance calls.
- Call and schedule customers with outstanding recalls.
- Book outside companies to install or repair as necessary.

Pay: $36,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
