Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator and Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality cabinetry and woodworking products, as well as performing various carpentry and installation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, construction, and machinery operation, with the ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately. Duties
- Operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components according to detailed schematics and blueprints
- Perform woodworking tasks including cabinetry, framing, and finishing work
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure accurate production
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment for assembly, installation, and finishing processes
- Assist with concrete forming, masonry, rebar installation, roofing, siding, and other construction-related activities as needed
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet specifications
- Support installation of cabinets and related fixtures on-site or in workshop settings
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or related manufacturing fields
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
- Proficiency with CNC machinery operation and programming skills preferred
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting required
- Background in construction trades such as masonry, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical work, or handyman services is a plus
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Construction experience including concrete forming, rebar installation, restoration work, flooring installation, tile laying, siding installation, or carpentry is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly
