Summary
We are seeking a Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Canada. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by ensuring efficient operations and supporting various projects within the company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.
- Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
- Support the training of new employees on operational procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management tools is an asset.
