We are looking to fill the following positions:
- Laborers
- Heavy Equipment Operators
- Site Foreman
- Office Assistant (Part-time)

Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements:
- Min. 2 years experience operating heavy equipment (please outline type of equipment in your application).
- Must have basic understanding and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspection.
- Experience installing city services (water, sewer, storm), residential septic applications, grade work, excavations, laser levels, etc.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Possess a positive attitude and be goal oriented.
- Experience in Civil Construction.
- Heavy Equipment Operator trade certification considered an asset.
- Valid Driver’s License
Overall Duties and Responsibilities (Laborer, Operators, Supervisors):
- Check equipment before operating to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency components are in good working order.
- Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulation, and compliance.
- Demonstrate continuous efforts to streamline work processes and work efficiently and cooperatively with both fellow crew members and clients.
- Keep detailed and accurate reports and documentation.
- Ensuring to maintain a clean site, free of work-related debris and/or obstacles.
- Various other duties as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
