Josie's Patio is looking for skilled, creative kitchen staff members to join our existing team. You will be tasked with doing your part to help our kitchen operate as effectively and efficiently as possible. This will require you to be adaptable and willing to do a little bit of everything that our kitchen needs to do its best work.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing and washing.
- Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware and work station.
- Assist in updating menu and creating weekly features.
- Follow all food health and safety requirements.
- Assist with placing food orders, unloading and storing deliveries.
- Interact with customers and co-workers as needed.
Requirements
- Food handlers license
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Willingness to work on weekends and evenings
- Ability to work with others as well as independently.
We are a small team in an exciting new venture. This job will allow for lots of creative input and new ideas. We are hoping to find the perfect person to help us make our kitchen and simulator experience high quality for customers. Hours can be somewhat flexible and the patio season will open up new possibilities for our kitchen.
