We’re a teaching clinic with locations across the GTA, offering play-based, early intervention services and ongoing opportunities for professional development, including RBA supervision.
Role Overview
This is a part-time, in-person role (15–20 hours/week) with potential to grow into full-time.
You will be supporting children across West Durham (Pickering/Ajax), primarily during evenings and weekends, in home, our clinic and the broader community.
What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized, play-based ABA interventions
- Support early learners in communication, social, and self-regulation skills
- Run sessions in home and community environments
- Track progress through notes, checklists, and data collection
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (RBAs, SLPs, etc.)
- Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Autism & Behaviour Sciences, CDA, or related field
- Minimum 1 year ABA experience (required)
- Experience with NET/NDBI (asset)
- Strong initiative and comfort with a hybrid supervision model
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
Important:
- Reliable vehicle required (mandatory)
- Must be able to travel between Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa
- Applicants without a car will not be considered
Compensation & Growth
- $22.50–$26.50/hour (based on experience)
- RBA/BCBA supervision
