Job Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced Dozer and Excavator Operators to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering competitive wages and benefits, with opportunities to work on a variety of construction and maintenance projects.
Wage range will be $25 to $35 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain heavy equipment with a focus on dozers and excavators
Perform tasks such as grading, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized job site
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
Work closely with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience operating dozers and excavators (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Solid understanding of equipment operation, safety, and basic maintenance
- Ability to read and follow construction plans and site instructions
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and physically able to work in varying weather conditions
