Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Aesthetician to join our skincare and beauty clinic. This dual-role position requires a welcoming demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and aesthetic expertise to provide exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations while delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting our services and products.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate client flow efficiently
- Provide skincare consultations and perform aesthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care
- Educate clients on skincare products through product demos and upselling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment areas and reception space
- Handle retail sales of skincare products and promote special offers or packages
- Assist with guest services, including answering inquiries, managing phone calls, and supporting client needs
- Conduct retail product demonstrations to enhance client engagement and sales opportunities
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Experience in sanitation protocols within a spa or medical aesthetic environment
- Proficiency in front desk operations, including scheduling software and basic administrative tasks
- Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling (nice-to-have)
- Ability to perform product demos effectively while upselling skincare solutions
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote products confidently
- Hospitality-minded with a focus on guest satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
