Overview
We are looking for a part-time team member to help seniors and their families through one of the most important transitions in their lives — moving from their home into a new living environment.
This is not a typical moving job. Our team works closely with seniors in emotional and sometimes sensitive situations, so empathy, patience and strong communication skills are just as important as physical ability.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is reliable and is looking for flexible daytime work (often mornings and weekdays).

What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills (clear English required).
- Friendly, patient and compassionate personality.
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes and light furniture.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
What you’ll do:
- Pack and organize household items with care and attention to detail.
- Assist with light moving and preparing items for transport.
- Unpack and set up homes in an organized and comfortable way.
- Interact with clients in a professional, calm and supportive manner.
- Work as part of a small, reliable team.
Typical hours:
- Most jobs occur Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Some flexibility required depending on job needs.
- Occasional Saturday work (with weekday time off).
