The eCommerce Marketplace Coordinator plays a key role in supporting marketplace execution, content optimization, and promotional activities that drive sales and visibility across our digital channels. Job Status: Permanent, Full-time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Work Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) – 401 The West Mall, Etobicoke, ON
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate updates to marketplace product listings, including titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and A+ content.
- Support keyword research, search term analysis, and competitive monitoring to improve marketplace performance.
- Assist with marketplace promotions such as coupons, deals, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Support new product launches by ensuring item setup and content readiness across platforms.
- Stay up to date on marketplace advertising tools, policies, and platform updates to support day-to-day execution.
You have:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online marketplace management.
- Basic working knowledge of marketplace tools such as Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) is an asset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
