Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed
- Serve customers at the counter or dine-in area with professionalism and friendliness
- Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices is highly desirable
- Experience in the food industry involving meal preparation and food handling will be advantageous
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, especially in pizza or casual dining settings, is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
