Responsible for the operation and coordination of ware washing, glassware, silverware, storage areas, garbage areas of main kitchen. Responsible for supplying the food and beverage service department with clean and sanitary equipment. Carry out other duties that may be assigned by cook or server. Team player, and punctuality a must.
