Job Responsibilities
As an Audit Manager, you will:
- Lead and guide teams to deliver high-quality audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, including startups, multinational corporations, and those pursuing IPOs.
- Guide clients through IPO-related assurance work while supporting their transition to ongoing compliance and reporting requirements.
- Design and execute tailored audit strategies that align with business goals, managing budgets and timelines effectively.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing actionable insights and exceptional service.
- Manage the full engagement process, ensuring compliance with professional standards and identifying value-added opportunities.
- Collaborate with Managers and Partners to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a public accounting firm.
- Qualified Canadian CPA, US CPA, or equivalent recognized designation.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS reporting standards, with extensive familiarity with audit standards (CAS, AICPA, PCAOB, or International)
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for serving our global clients.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasked environment.
