Eco-Pro Services is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on Service Manager to lead our Service Division.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong technical background who is ready to take the next step in their career. Whether your background is in gasfitting, mechanics, millwrighting, heavy equipment, industrial services or a related trade, we're looking for someone who understands operations, supports their team, and knows how to get the job done.
This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our service and shop operations. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager, Dispatch, Technicians, Gasfitters, Mechanics, Drivers, and Yard personnel to ensure our customers receive safe, professional, and reliable service.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Daily Operations
- Coordinating service calls, installations, deliveries, pickups, and maintenance activities.
- Supporting Dispatch to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Assigning and prioritizing work for field and shop personnel.
- Troubleshooting operational issues and supporting crews in the field.
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Fleet & Equipment Readiness
- Oversee our Shop to ensure fleet readiness and equipment availability.
- Managing repair workflows and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Ensuring generators, heaters, tanks, trailers, fleet vehicles, and rental assets are maintained and deployment-ready.
- Reviewing equipment inspections and approving equipment return to service.
Shop & Yard Operations
- Leading and assigning daily shop and yard activities.
- Coordinating equipment staging, repairs, inspections, and preparation.
- Supporting inventory control and material requirements.
- Maintaining organization and operational readiness within the yard and shop.
Team Leadership
- Providing leadership, coaching, and support to Technicians, Gasfitters, Mechanics, Drivers, and Labourers.
- Supporting employee training and development.
- Promoting accountability, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Assisting with onboarding and mentoring new employees.
Customer Service & Problem Solving
- Assisting with customer concerns and service-related issues.
- Supporting field personnel with troubleshooting and technical challenges.
- Working collaboratively with customers, sales, dispatch, and operations to deliver solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership, supervisory, foreman, lead hand, or management experience.
- Strong technical background in a trade or industrial environment.
- Experience in propane, industrial services, construction heat, temporary power, mechanical services, or related industries is considered an asset.
- Gasfitter, Mechanic, Millwright, Heavy Equipment Technician, Electrician, or similar trade experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead people while maintaining a hands-on understanding of operations.
- Accountability and task ownership, someone to own the process and ensure follow through is occurring across the service division.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- Crossfield, AB: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
