We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and appointment confirmations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail processing
- Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing and record keeping
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure office efficiency
Requirements
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail and proofreading ability
- Strong customer service orientation with professional communication skills
- Ability to handle filing systems efficiently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Experience with medical or dental office procedures is a plus but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification is advantageous
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
