Role Description
We are recruiting an Administrative Supervisor stationed near Toronto Airport, Eastern Canada. This role focuses on overall administrative coordination and management, requiring mature experience in the full-cycle administration system operation and management. Currently we have no physical office on-site yet, the role is based in the Toronto Airport surrounding area for future office layout and local administrative overall arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of overall administrative system construction and daily administrative management work.
- Be responsible for vendor management, fixed asset management, administrative budget arrangement and daily expense control.
- Act as the connection point between headquarters and internal departments including warehouse, transportation, Human Resources and Finance.
- Promote the sorting and standardization of company administrative workflows.
- Conduct cost analysis, solve daily administrative operation problems, and optimize overall administrative efficiency.
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of solid administrative management experience, with a minimum of 1 year in team management or project management.
- Familiar with core administrative modules including supplier management, fixed assets, administrative budget and cost control.
- Capable of cross-departmental docking and communication, able to drive process implementation among multiple functional teams.
- Possess outstanding competencies in team management, problem-solving and cost analysis.
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
