Dynamic Steel Inc. is seeking an experienced Working Night Shift Supervisor to lead our night shift fabrication team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising production while actively participating in the fabrication of ASME Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessels and related stainless steel equipment.
The successful candidate will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with ASME Code, company quality standards, and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all night shift fabrication personnel.
Work alongside the production team as required, assisting with fabrication, fit-up, and problem solving.
Ensure all work meets ASME Section VIII Division 1 requirements, customer specifications, and Dynamic Steel's quality standards.
Coordinate daily production priorities to meet delivery schedules.
Monitor productivity, workmanship, and quality throughout the shift.
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Review drawings, work orders, weld procedures (WPS), and production documentation with employees.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and Day Shift personnel to ensure smooth production flow.
Train, mentor, and develop fabrication employees while maintaining accountability for performance.
Complete shift reports and communicate production status, quality concerns, equipment issues, and staffing needs during shift handovers.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience manufacturing ASME Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessels.
Previous experience leading or supervising employees in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of pressure vessel fabrication, welding practices, drawings, tolerances, and ASME Code requirements. Experience with stainless steel fabrication, GMAW/SAW/SMAW/GTAW welding processes, fit-ups of pressure vessels and pressure vessel components, and familiarity with ASME Section IX welding procedures and qualifications
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and engineering documentation.

Ability to work independently and make sound production decisions during the night shift.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
