Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate high-profile client meetings, schedule property viewings, and streamline daily communications.
Office Administration: Maintain the professional atmosphere of our West Vancouver office, handle incoming inquiries, and manage digital files and documents.
Tech & System Management: Assist with basic website operations, update online backend dashboards (such as WordPress/caching tools), and troubleshoot general day-to-day IT or software needs.
Marketing & Brand Support: Assist with localized marketing coordination, social media updates, and property promotion efforts under the guidance of the team.
Team & Client Coordination: Serve as a collaborative bridge between the CEO, real estate agents, property managers, and affluent clients.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
