Dishwasher / Floater – Crudo
About the Role:
This role is the backbone of the kitchen. We’re looking for someone reliable, fast, and detail-oriented who takes pride in keeping the operation clean, organized, and moving.
What You’ll Do:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a steady flow of clean items during service
- Keep dish area clean, organized, and efficient at all times
- Support kitchen team with basic prep and tasks when needed
- Assist with restocking, garbage removal, and cleaning duties
- Maintain cleanliness across kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Help where needed during busy periods (floater support)
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
