Your Responsibilities
- You’ll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general office inquiries
- In this role, you’ll maintain common office areas, ensuring meeting rooms, kitchens, and supply stations remain organized and fully stocked
- You’ll support day-to-day administrative needs including data entry, drafting emails, and coordinating office supplies and inventory
- During high-volume periods, you’ll efficiently manage and transfer incoming calls while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or office administration role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a tidy and professional office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence drafting professional emails
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general office systems
- Professional presentation and ability to work in a business professional environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take direction and support evolving business needs
- Experience supporting administrative operations, office coordination, or light AP tasks is considered an asset
