Bloodline Design is seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their retail leadership skills, with the potential to grow into a full-time Assistant Manager role as our business continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store as scheduled
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Assist customers with product selection, custom inquiries, repairs, and special orders
- Process sales transactions accurately using Shopify POS
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Help train and support future team members as the business grows
- Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of Retail sales experience, ideally in Fashion/Jewelry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently
- An eye for style and design
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Prior jewelry knowledge is an asset
- Must be availble during the holiday seasons
