You'll have access to a diverse inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, along with a consistent flow of walk-in traffic, inbound calls, and digital leads—giving you every opportunity to build your pipeline and drive sales.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their vehicle needs
- Guide customers through the sales process and recommend solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Daily Prospecting, Working Database, Call Lists, Facebook Marketplace, Service Drive
- Convert inquiries, appointments, and showroom visits into vehicle sales
- Manage and grow your sales pipeline through proactive follow-up and lead nurturing
- Develop product knowledge across our inventory to confidently present features and benefits
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that generates referrals and repeat business
- Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales targets on monthly basis
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is an asset, but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance-based rewards
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively
- A professional, customer-first approach with a passion for sales
- Additional language skills are considered an asset
- Valid OMVIC License

Pay: $65,400.00-$135,000.00 per year
