We are seeking a reliable and energetic Receiver to join our team. The Receiver plays a key role in the smooth operation of our store by ensuring products are received, stocked, and ready for our customers. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.

Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments of pet supplies, food, and other merchandise.

Safely lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs multiple times per day.

Stock shelves and storage areas, ensuring products are rotated and organized.

Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly receiving and storage area.

Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

Assist customers by locating products, answering questions, and carrying out items as needed.

Support the sales floor team with restocking and merchandising.

Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Previous retail, warehouse, or receiving experience an asset, but not required.

Ability to safely lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs multiple times per day.
