As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to become the primary point of contact for our institutional partners and help drive growth across our existing client base.
This is not a cold-calling role.
You will inherit an established portfolio of colleges and universities and focus on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships through additional solutions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for an established portfolio of higher education clients
- Build long-term partnerships with universities and colleges across North America
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Drive client retention and customer satisfaction
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our growing suite of products
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure client success
- Represent PayMyTuition at industry conferences and events
- Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback to internal teams
- Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, finance teams, student accounts offices, and IT departments
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience working in SaaS, fintech, payments, or technology is an asset
- Higher education experience is considered a strong asset
- Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
- Someone who enjoys working with clients and helping them succeed
