A Kia salesperson helps customers choose, finance, and purchase new orused vehicles while providing excellent customer service. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, building relationships, and delivering a positive buying experience from first contact to vehicle delivery.
Requirements:
-Greet customers in the showroom or online and understand their needs and budget
-Recommend suitable Kia models based on lifestyle and preferences
-Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
-Explain vehicle features, warranties, and benefits clearly
-Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations
-Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Kia products and promotions
-Negotiate pricing, financing, trade-ins, and leasing terms
-Close deals while meeting dealership sales targets
-Complete sales paperwork and documentation accurately
-Manage leads (walk-ins, phone, online inquiries) and follow up regularly
-Keep records in CRM systems and track sales activity
-Build and maintain a customer base
-continually collect leads through CRM systems, service and customer files
-Stay informed about competitors and market trends
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Customer service and relationship-building ability
-Sales and negotiation skills.
-Basic automotive knowledge (training usually provided)
-Time management and organizational skills
-Valid driver’s license (required for test drives)
-Valid OMVIC Salesperson's license
