Job Duties
- Operate concrete core drilling equipment to drill precise openings in concrete, masonry, and other construction materials.
- Review work orders, drawings, and project requirements before beginning work to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ask questions and clarify any uncertainties before starting a job to ensure the work is completed correctly and safely.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations while operating drilling equipment.
- Set up, operate, and monitor drilling equipment, making adjustments as required to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Inspect the work area and prepare equipment and materials before each job.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections of drilling equipment to ensure it remains in safe working condition.
- Accurately complete job documentation and communicate project updates with supervisors and team members.
- Drive to various customer and job site locations as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating concrete core drilling equipment is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle equipment and materials as required.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
