Hanrahan Youth Services is a long-term residential treatment agency located in the Region of Peel with satellite settings in the Peterborough area along with the Toronto Region.
We began providing residential services in 1995, and over the past 30 years have evolved into a comprehensive and well recognized residential treatment program.
We currently operate eight residential settings and are seeking a suitable candidate to fill a FULL-TIME Supervisory position to oversee and provide Foster Parents and Host Families with support, direction, guidance and training. It is a field based position with office/administrative responsibilities.
Candidates should possess:
- Experience in a supervisor/management role
- CYW/CYC diploma or another relatable diploma/degree
- Previous experience working with behavioural disorders
- Understanding of trauma based practice
- Previous Child Welfare Experience in residential settings
- Extensive knowledge of MCCSS licensing and QAM requirements
- MCCSS licensing and QAM Compliance audit experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience in the DSO sector. (ie. COTA,ODSP, Passport Funding, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
