Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Grademan to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of performing precise grading tasks to ensure the quality and safety of construction projects. The position requires strong knowledge, proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
Duties
- Follow project specifications and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
- Set up rotary laser, transfer BM, set up HI, and work alongside operators while giving them grades
Skills
- Ability to read construction plans and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety compliance
- Ability to shoot grade, work with elevations, slopes, and percentages
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$56.36 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
