Job Description
AIB Enterprises Ltd. is hiring reliable and hardworking Order Pickers / General Labourers to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Applicants must have their own reliable transportation and be willing to complete forklift training as part of the role.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working efficiently, meeting daily targets, and completing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders quickly and accurately
- Pack, label, and organize products for shipment
- Load and unload trucks or delivery vehicles
- Move and organize products throughout the warehouse
- Receive and put away incoming inventory
- Meet daily productivity and order targets
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform general warehouse and labour duties as assigned
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
Requirements
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Must be willing to complete forklift training
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is an asset
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
Availability
- Must be available for full-time work
- Regular shift is approximately 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
- Start and finish times may vary depending on workload and operational requirements
- Must be flexible with scheduling when required
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
