Job Type: We are open to taking on either a chair rental agreement, or commission based work.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Services:
- Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures (Gel, Shellac, Acrylic, Bio Gel, etc.)
- Provide specialized nail care consultations, cuticle work, and sanitation procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Educate clients on nail care and maintenance to promote healthy nails.
Client Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, address any concerns, and provide personalized services.
Professionalism:
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold high standards of customer service.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized to maintain a trusted and welcoming environment for your client.
- Adhere to all local, provincial, and federal regulations related to licensing and health and safety standards.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Promote your services through various channels, including social media, to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the salon to participate in promotional events or marketing initiatives.
Continuous Education:
- Exhibit passion for continuous learning by participating in ongoing training and education
- Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and new techniques in nail enhancements and nail art in order to continue offering innovative and fashionable services.

- Proven experience as a nail technician .
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and maintain a client base.
