Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Farm Hand/Labourer. This role involves supporting daily farm operations and livestock management. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and love of animals. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in horticulture and farm maintenance within a dynamic agricultural environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform general maintenance tasks including repairs, cleaning, and servicing of tools and equipment
- Support irrigation systems setup, troubleshooting, and repair to ensure proper water distribution
- Use hand tools and power tools for various tasks such as fencing, building structures, or repairs
- Assist with livestock care including feeding, cleaning, and health monitoring when applicable
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge in horticulture, farm machinery operation, or maintenance is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Physical strength to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
