This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR management, ideal for students aspiring to build careers in human resources within a globally recognized high-tech company.

Source candidates, post job openings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews.

Ensure positive candidate experiences with clear communication and timely updates.

Assist with onboarding, including documentation and new hire integration.

Research HR trends and recruitment strategies to enhance talent acquisition.

Support engagement with business partners and external collaborators.

Pursuing or recently completed an MBA in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong research, data analysis, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Team player with remote collaboration experience.
