What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and community-driven coach to step in and lead our women’s strength & conditioning sessions while a coach is away on maternity leave.
This is more than just coaching workouts, it’s about leading, maintaining and retaining a community where women feel strong, capable, supported and challenged.

About the Role
You’ll be coaching group strength & conditioning sessions for women of varying fitness levels, helping maintain the culture, standards and energy of the community already built.
The ideal coach is confident leading groups, understands strength training fundamentals, and can balance performance, coaching cues and genuine connection with clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coaching ladies-only strength & conditioning classes
- Personal Training Sessions
- Delivering structured sessions with confidence and energy
- Providing exercise modifications and regressions where needed
- Supporting members with technique, encouragement and accountability
- Creating a welcoming, inclusive and motivating training environment
- Maintaining professionalism and strong communication with members
What We’re Looking For
- Group fitness and/or strength coaching experience
- Personal Training Experience
- Strong understanding of strength training fundamentals
- Confident coaching in a group environment
- Friendly, reliable and personable
- Passionate about helping women build strength and confidence
- Relevant certifications (PT, Strength & Conditioning, Group Fitness etc.)
- First Aid/CPR

The schedule is:
Classes:
Monday 7am/7pm
Tuesday 7pm
Wednesday 7pm
Saturday 9am

Key Details:
- Job Types: Part-time leading to full time
- Compensation: $34.50 – $50.00 per hour + performance incentives
- Schedule: Preference for early morning & evening availability (at least 2–3 days/week)
Qualifications:
- Degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field OR certified through NCCP, NSCA, NASM, ACE, BCRPA, etc.
- Current First Aid & CPR/AED certification
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in personal training and/or strength & conditioning
- Ability to lead and modify small group training sessions
- Outgoing, approachable, and motivating personality
- Punctual, dependable, and passionate about health & fitness
