You’ll work closely with our Sales team, learn how deals move from start to finish, and gain real exposure to sales operations inside a growing tech business .

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
- Support the Sales team with admin tasks (account updates, follow-ups, documentation)
- Help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Keep CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date
- Work with Sales and Operations to keep everything running smoothly
- Assist with reports, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination
- Spot ways to improve processes and customer experience
- 3+ years in call centre customer service role(s)
- Strong communication skills (clear, professional, friendly)
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys helping people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using systems (CRM, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Strong technical and IT skills
- Hands-on training and ongoing support
- Real exposure to sales operations and business processes

- Pay is $20/Hour that will increase to $22 after probation
