Job Overview
Sparrow Cowork is looking for an energetic, creative, and community-oriented individual to join our growing team in Edmonton.
This role is ideal for someone who is actively building their own future, whether that means developing a business, a creative career, a freelance practice, a startup, or a professional path. We believe coworking spaces should be more than offices; they should act as launchpads for meaningful work, relationships, and personal growth.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, creativity, storytelling, and entrepreneurship. The ideal candidate is social, organized, curious, and excited to help foster a thriving professional community.
This is a part-time, hybrid-style position with approximately 1–2 on-site days per week, along with occasional attendance at events throughout the year.
At Sparrow, relationships matter. Community matters. We are not simply creating office space - we are building an ecosystem where entrepreneurs, creatives, remote workers, consultants, and growing businesses can connect and evolve together.
