Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Brake Operator to join our production team. You’ll be responsible for operating press brakes to form sheet metal parts for truck body components. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC press brakes to bend and form sheet metal according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet dimensional and finish requirements
- Make machine adjustments and basic maintenance as needed
- Work closely with other team members including welders, assemblers, and supervisors
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience operating a press brake (CNC) (preferred)
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Hourly compensation: $22-25/hr
