We are seeking skilled and driven individuals, beginning their career to fulfill Home Maintenance Crew Member positions. Blue Mountain Window Cleaning is a growing exterior home services company providing polymeric sanding and sealing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and other home improvement services throughout the Collingwood and Blue Mountain area. We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a high-energy team. This position is ideal for people who want to be active, learn new skills, and grow with a company that values initiative and work ethic.
No prior experience is required; we provide full training.
Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning for residential and commercial properties
- Complete gutter cleaning and maintenance
- Operate pressure washing equipment for driveways, siding, patios, and decks
- Apply polymeric sand for interlocking stone and pavers
- Assist with other exterior home improvement services
- Set up and maintain equipment safely
- Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners
- Work efficiently with a team to complete daily jobs
Requirements
