The Opportunity
We are currently seeking motivated Servers to join our Food and Beverage team for the upcoming season. Previous serving experience is preferred but not required. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a genuine interest in hospitality.
We provide structured training and clear expectations. What matters most is reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing friendly, attentive table service to members and guests
- Learning menu offerings including food and beverages
- Creating a welcoming and polished dining experience
- Working closely with culinary, bar, and service teams
- Maintaining cleanliness and proper table presentation
- Supporting service flow during busy lunch, dinner, and event periods
- Representing the Club with professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Smart Serve certification required or willingness to obtain
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and special events
